Certification Level 2
Level 2 enhances the functionality in Level 1 by giving the user tools to match items that do not have GTINs entered in the Client App. This is a set of endpoints that allow the Client App to display a special "search" user interface to find and select the correct item from the GCDB.
This search functionality is identical to what users can do natively within GDSN Connect and has been found to be a fast and effective way to find the right product. Client Apps are free to take inspiration from the design of this feature in GDSN Connect (shown below).
