Item Syncing States

Users find it helpful to know whether an item has been synced to GDSN Connect and also whether it has been matched to a record from the GDSN Connect Database. This information can be shown on an individual item record, in a dynamic button that shows different text and has different actions based on the state, and/or in a separate module that shows the full items and their status.

The table below shows each of the recommended states along with the action to move the item to a fully synced, matched, and updated state.
