Submit Product Data Issue

Our customers occasionally find incorrect data from GDSN. This has often been due to the product spec sheet they have being out of date and the GDSN data being more correct. But it sometimes is because the manufacturer has made a mistake (they're people too).

In these situations, we investigate the issue and if we find a GDSN data issue, we work with the manufacturer to fix it directly in GDSN. Once it's fixed, it will automatically flow through to all users as a product update.
